HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
On average it takes Kayz 7-10 Business days to fully process your order (areas within the United States). For Made-to-order Items such as clay products, keychains, apparel, and more, processing time could be delayed. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellation is only eligible within 2 hours after the order has been placed. AFTER 2 hours the order will be processed for shipping. All sales are final.
I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION - WHAT DO I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at Kayzinspiredcreations.help@gmail.com with your inquiry.
IS YOUR APPAREL TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes! all Kayz apparel is true to size and provided in unisex sizes. It is recommended to order 1 size larger than normal, if you would like extra room. When ordering any apparel (following items in the collection) please allow an additional 7 days for processing time.
HOW CAN I TRACK/CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
Please contact Kayzinspiredcreations.help@gmail.com within 48 hours placing the order. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Kayz Inspired Creations & More will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
MY PACKAGE HAS'NT MOVED IN DAYS!
If your package stops moving at any point, No Worries! It is still on its way.
There could be a couple of reasons for the sudden stall.
- The order may have been shipped, but due to the distance our Kayz Mail is traveling, the first scan might not occur for a couple of days after you’ve been notified that the package has shipped and your initial tracking number.
- The order may have required additional processing time to complete the order, ie, Made to Order items (Cups/Apparel) or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Orders will remain in In Transit status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained In Transit for more than 7 days since the most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your order.
HOW DURRABLE?
Most of my items are handmade which means some are more fragile than others. Please handle all products with care, Kayz Inspired Creations & More will not responsible for any and all damage to items that have arrived to their destination in mint condition.
Some products that could be more fragile and or scratchable, are clay products, phone cases, charms of all kind, keychains, stickers, glass products, cups/mugs etc.
ARE THERE ANY HAZZARDS?
PLEASE keep small items such as KEYCHAINS, CHARMS, STICKERS, GLASS AND/OR ANY BROKEN MATERIAL away from SMALL CHILDREN or INFANTS (including furry friends) at all times. These items can and will potentially cause choking hazards to such ones.
If you are purchasing an item for an individual that has any of ones listed above, please redirect them to this page. If you are the one that has any of the ones listed above, please be cautious with any or all products.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY ORDER?
If you have not yet received your order and it is past the estimated delivery date, please consider some reasons why:
- Depending on area, some deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, mailing services or other hazards.
- COVID-19 Protocols can be in effect. Locations may vary.
- If your order is an International order, It is most likely still trying to get cleared by customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
When making an international order, the destination country may require you to verify information about the order and the recipient. This is the most common reason that your order is not moving or held at customs. The customer may be required to provide the shipper and/or country with an invoice/proof of purchase and/or ID verification. Each country's shipping policies are subject to change.
- If there is a high demand for orders, processing and delivery times can be delayed. If this is the case, Kayz Inspired Creations & More will be sure to update ALL customers so there is no confusion.
If you still have not received your order after a substantial amount of time, please contact Kayzinspiredcreations.help@gmail.com and provide a detailed summary. Please allow 24hrs for me to respond to you!
WHAT IF I RECIEVE MY ORDER DAMADGED OR BROKEN?
Please contact Kayzinspiredcreations.help@gmail.com immediately. In the unlikely event that your product arrived damaged, the customer must contact Kayz Customer Support email within 48 hours of Delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc.) is not available, we will refund the full retail price.
Please note, Kayz Inspired Creations & More reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
FOR ALL AGES?
Yes all of my items are family friendly for all ages. This goes for any Future Items as well.
CAN I RETURM MY ITEMS IF I DO NOT LIKE THEM?
All sales are final. Please be careful and take your time before ordering any products. Returns are not accepted unless stated within reason by Kayz Inspired Creations & More.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS MADE?
All my items are made by hand with love and care.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
An announcement will be made when commission slots are available. I normally accept 2-3 Commissions at a time depending on requests. When this happens, my shop may temporarily be closed after handling all processed orders. During this time, commissions are priority.
I RECIEVED THE WRONG ITEMS IN MY ORDER - WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact Kayzinspiredcreations.help@gmail.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
